BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER

Selecting the correct size is crucial, as size-related returns are among the most common issues when purchasing clothing. To help you avoid this, we offer a FREE personalized sizing consultation, along with detailed guidance and tips for choosing your perfect fit. Make sure you contact us and demand for this valuable service before completing your purchase.

↓ RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please be aware that we only offer return to non-customizable items. None of our customized, tailor-made and specific orders are subject to return. 
Non-customised items are all our standard size blankets.
Customized items are all garments, accessories and non-standard size blankets.



Returns/ Exchanges are not accepted in the following conditions:

  • Any customized items
  • Products on final/clearance sale
  • Washed, damaged or with any signs of use
  • Missing return form or applied blank
  • If the tag is removed
  • If the return form is not included in the package
  • Gift cards


You can initiate a return/exchange within 30 calendar days after the order delivery date. The product(s) must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags and labels attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

In case you would like to return an item with an instruction on how and where to send your package, please contact us at milena@wintawool.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

↓ HOW TO PREPARE A RETURN PARCEL?

Self-service Return

  1. Please contact us at milena@wintawool.com if you want to return an item. 
  2. Fill up the return form, which is always included in our shipments.
    If you have lost it, you can print it from HERE as it must be placed along with the returned items.
  3. Pack the return in a package suitable for its size.
    In case the package is bigger than necessary, the increased price due to larger volume will be at your expense.
  4. You can choose the delivery company for returning the pack back to us.
  5. Tracking number is mandatory! Please email us the tracking number for your returning parcel.

 

↓ POINTS TO ALWAYS KEEP IN MIND

  • Duty fees and taxes are always charged to the customer when they apply.
  • Shipments declared with high value are subject to customs charges, that are customer's responsibility.
  • WINTA WOOL is not responsible for held, lost or damaged packages returned with services other than the service we provide.


↓ RECEIVING REFUND

  • Requested refunds are processed as soon as possible after we receive your return in our workshop and approve it complies with the terms & conditions described above.  Funds are visible in your initial payment account within 10 business days after the payment is issued back. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at milena@wintawool.com.
  • Shipping fees and any kind of services performed (custom design, express production, etc.) cannot be refunded or exchanged.


↓ DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
