Shipping policy

We ship from Europe and deliver our creations worldwide. 

The buyer is responsible for ensuring compliance with laws and regulations of the country of destination, including duty fees and taxes that may apply.

Please consider the following information:

1. There is processing time before the delivery time. 

• Since we do not keep products in stock, your pieces are made especially for you
   
• Creation process usually takes up to 10 business days, but during promotional activities, seasonal sales or holidays it might take up to 3 weeks
  
  
• All customized articles which we are so proud to offer, assume further tailoring and personal touch-ups, all considered to affect actual processing time.

2. We use EXPRESS SHIPPING service only excluding certain situations

• We do not deliver to P.O. boxes and Military Zones
  
  
• We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays.

3. Shipping costs, taxes, and delivery times vary by destination country.  

• It is automatically calculated at checkout.
